Stage 3 Planning submission stage:
Develop site logistics and work to develop the Design and Access statements.
Work with the local authority, statutory providers and external bodies on consent.

Stage 4 Technical design and tendering process:
Provide advice on and engagement with specialist technical subcontractors to enable stage 4
Design Co-ordination
Support through the tender process and help with the choice of contractors given our background in main contracting.
Desktop review of tender pack detailed drawings, schedule of works, specifications along with submission to building approval plus give salient advice and comment.
Attend tender interviews and give feedback and support.
Stage 5 The Start of Construction:
We can act as Contract Administrator running progress meetings and measuring
Performance of contractor and professional team
Tendering Support
Prepare contract documents
Request and issue instructions from and on behalf of the client
Carry out site inspections for compliance and advice on procedures
Prepare and issue contract reports
Run and Co-ordinate commissioning, Testing and Reporting of Defects
On client’s instruction issue interim certification
Oversee snagging and defect closeout
Stage 6 Handover:
Support through the handover process is key to a successful project and as such ANV is committed to closing out defects and representing the client. It is often the last 5% of the project that is remembered as the most important view of the project being a success

Assistance with planned maintenance support
Logging of Energy consumption and certification
Tennent support
Help with maintenance agreements and setting them up
RIBA Plan of Works, as common practice.
